Our Matchless Installation Ensures a Great Customer Experience

Senware products are simple to use and easy to install. Senware North America offers a range of after-sales support to ensure customers a great experience. To start with, we offer customers a three-month lease to own (100% applied towards purchase) option. Then comes installation and service support. All our products come with a one-year manufacturing warranty.

We offer two types of product installation support:

  1. Onsite Installation, Commissioning, and Training
  2. Remote Installation, Commissioning, and Training

Onsite installation: Our portfolio of colorimeters (CR100 FF, CR100 LG, CR100 LB, and CR100 HH) are diode arrays that are easily installed onsite by our technicians.

Next, we commission the installed devices by verifying systems and processes. We then follow up with onsite training. The process concludes once we sign off that the client facility is adequately equipped.

Remote installation: We guide plant managers over video calls on locating the right spot for installation. Next, we commission the installed devices remotely. Training is also offered free over video calls.

Our Service Support Caters to All Flavors of Customer Needs

Senware NA delivers unmatched service support. For this, we maximize uptime and ensure maintenance-free devices.

We offer customers three types of service support:

  1. Annual Service Contract (ASC)
  2. Onsite Service Support
  3. Remote Service Support

Annual contract: We recommend our reasonably priced ASC for mission-critical installations. It includes a scheduled annual site visit by our technician.

Onsite support: We offer onsite service support on demand. This is a chargeable service.

Remote support: We support customers with free consultations over chats or video calls to diagnose problems and replace parts.

For an additional cost, customers can also ship us the devices to repair in-house and return.
